Big Brother getting more personal

Okay, I have to admit I'm not really turned on by the practice, but what the hell is this all about?!? I mean, are these folks really so fascist that they intentionally are trying to tell a woman what she can do with her own body, or are they just so incompetent in their attempt at "protecting" women that they didn't realize the full extent of what they were proposing? Cripes, what's next? They going to turn nose rings and tattoos into felonies as well?
